Manufacturing Process

Every order follows the same clear steps, so you always know what happens next and nothing goes into bulk production without your approval.

1. Inquiry

Tell us the product type, quantity per design, sizes, fabric preference and target delivery date.

Send your artwork or a brief. We prepare a mock-up and confirm colors, logo placement and decoration method.

We make a pre-production sample so you can check fit, fabric, print and stitching. [Sample lead time: X to Y days.]

You confirm the sample, size breakdown and quantities. Bulk production follows the approved sample.

Cutting, sublimation printing, embroidery or screen printing, stitching and finishing. [Typical production time: X to Y weeks after approval.]

Pieces are checked against the approved sample for measurements, print quality, stitching and finishing.

Garments are folded, labelled and packed to your specification, including custom polybags or boxes.

Orders are dispatched with tracking by express courier or sea freight.
